Build up in suit from Ace to King (for example, a 6© may
be played on a 5©).
- Only one card at a time is allowed in each cell.
Build down in suit (for example, a 9§ may be
played on a 10§).
The top card is available for play.
- Groups of cards in sequence
down in suit may be moved as a unit to another tableau
pile if there are enough free cells
that the cards could be moved individually.
- Spaces may be filled by any King or sequence of cards headed by a King.
Groups of cards in correct sequence may be moved as a unit if there are
enough empty cells that would have allowed the cards to be moved
individually. This feature is provided as a shortcut and is not part of
the formal game rules.
